Isaiah 43:19 says “See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.”
It was that verse, and a conversation with God on the way to the studio, that inspired Toby to write this song, one he hopes encourages you to continue to seek God in everything.
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” This verse (Joshua 1:9) inspired Dan Bremnes to write this song, and his hope is that it will encourage you to face the giants, the unknowns in your life, knowing that God is right there with you through it all.
Dan says traveling helps to remind him that God walks with us in every situation. He should know! He traveled around the world to 7 countries in 8 days to make the video for this song (and set a new world record!):
